Head / Lead Receptionist


Job Description:

Our Dental Practice is  looking for an Experienced Head / Lead Receptionist to manage our day to day administrative processes and be part of a vibrant team. The practice is based in SohoEXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL PRACTICE IS A MUST!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Full - time (40 hours per week) or part time (30 hours or less)
  • Oversee reception and staff rotas
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

You are:

  • Minimum 2 years receptionist experience
  • Ability to keep calm in a fast paced environment
  • Have previous administration experience and confident in leading a team
  • Has previous customer service experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Preferred SOE/R4 experience
