My client based in the south of England are looking for two contractors two work fully remotely on 3-6 month contracts.

Both roles are yet to be assessed for their IR35 status, but will more than likely fall inside.

The Planning Officer will need to be confident handling a caseload of householder and minor applications with minimal supervision, the Senior/Principal Planner needs to have experience assessing major planning applications as well as complex minors.

We anticipate rates to fall between £25 and £33/h for the Planning Officer position and £36-£42/h for the Senior/Principal role.
