To be responsible to The Performance and Operations Manager (Daytime or Out-of-hours Operations)

: i) Delivering a broad range of Services and Corporate strategies.

1. ii) Drive the digital Strategy within Customer Services.

iii) Support and Adhere to the Values.

1. iv) Is required to work out-of-hours. Manages 0 Staff
