We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to work across Children's services in the Colchester and surrounding areas- Ideally you will be based in the local area and travel as required from a home based role.

This role is a pivotal role in the leadership team of the group. This role will involve the strong leadership of allocated services, often managing short term assignments which may include Quality Improvement, New service commissioning, closure or specific KPI improvements as deemed appropriate by the Divisional/Regional Director. The role will often involve crisis management, and managing a cluster of 8-10 homes.
This is a high profile role within the organisation, and will involve multi stakeholder engagement
You will be:
Registered Nurse and/or NVQ Level 4 in Care/Leadership and Management
Comprehensive understanding of commercial principles and practices.
Good understanding of P&L structure and budget management.
Excellent ability to build lasting relationships.
Ability to act sensitively and confidentially.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to work on own initiative.
Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity towards a high standard of service.
Excellent record in achieving results through people.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proficient computer skills in word processing, database use and spreadsheet applications.
