A well established and growing UK manufacturing business.  Although regarded as an SME, they have multiple sites in the UK as well as international sites.

Salary of a Head of HR

Up to £80,000 depending on experience.

Job Description of a Head of HR

This is a pure generalist position, leading and developing the HR and HSE teams.

The postholder must be a visible manager and offer a high quality service to the operational and functional teams as well as supporting the leadership team in delivering growth and making strategic and operational decisions to drive engagement and financial results.

Skills & experience of a Head of HR

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience as a senior HR lead, worked in a business with multiple sites in a strategic capacity. Suitable qualifications will be advantageous.
