Are you a strategically-minded community fundraiser who likes managing high-value relationships with supporters? If so, this role of Relationship Fundraising Manager is a rare and fantastic opportunity for you. Anthony Nolan are renowned for their stewardship of high-value community supporters and this role will look after a portfolio of supporters raising in excess of £10,000 per year.

They need an experienced fundraiser who can demonstrate that they have successfully grown relationships with their supporters through strategic and relationship-led stewardship plans. The aim will be to further deepen the relationships with your portfolio, promoting fundraising products and events as well as encouraging their own fundraising ideas.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of managing high-value relationships either in community, major donor or corporate fundraising as long as you have an understanding of community fundraising products
  • A strategic and long-term approach to building relationships and evidence of uplifting the value of donors
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, this role will work closely with other teams
