Pearson Carter are currently working with an End User in the logistics industry who are need someone to maximise efficiency of their Dynamics CRM system.

They are looking for a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join their team and be on go-to person for all things Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Dynamics 365 is utilised to maximum efficiency.
• Business system and process improvement.
• Keeping the D365 system updated and in-line with business processes.
• Develop and build reports using Power BI.

Experience

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365, Power Automate & Power BI
• Dynamics 365 Customisation and Maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Reporting experience with Power BI (desired).
• Experience working in the logistics industry (desired).

Salary

They offer and excellent salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience + Benefits.

Location

The company have offices in Leicestershire but are happy for candidates to be based anywhere in the UK and work remotely, with occasional travel to an office.
