Job Description:
Maintenance Engineer
Wigan, Greater Manchester
£36-38k
Shifts: Mon-Friday - Days and Afters – 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm.
Would you prefer an Engineering role with a bit of variation?
Do you want to avoid working nights?
Do you want a secure role, in a stable and cash-rich company?
We are on the look-out for an Electrical/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who has experience in a Manufacturing setting to join a team of 7 Engineers. Ideally you will be apprentice time-served and have an NVQ Level 3 minimum. The most suitable Engineer will have PLC fault-finding knowledge, and possess great electrical skills/experience working on inverters, sensors, etc.
You must also have a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to apply this mind-set to fault-finding and working on daily reactive breakdowns. The majority of the machinery on-site is bespoke or packaging machinery. Overtime is available on the weekends with time and a half and double pay rates available.
If the above applies to you, and you are a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a team, please send your C.V. through to David at Stirling Warrington by emailing [email protected] or call 07534910223 to find out more.
