Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a PA Receptionist for our Birmingham Client.

 

This position is a varied role and will involve secretarial duties along with reception work.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience of answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Ability to maintain diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Must have good typing skills, along with the ability to prepare and collate reports.
  • Filing experience
  • Experienced in organising and servicing meetings - taking minutes
  • Be able to Manage the Reception Desk, greet visitors.
  • Notify departments of the arrival of expected visitor and ensuring they sign the visitors’ book and are issued a visitors’ badge.
