Job Description:

Tracking Assistant

£8.25 p/h

Starting as soon as possible

3 month rolling contract

Manchester City Centre

Hours - 4 week days 12pm-8pm and Saturday 12pm-5pm

 

I am currently looking for a Tracking Assistant to join a not for profit organisation in Manchester City Centre to start immediately.

 

Duties:

  • Contact customers who have had support to get into work or training and track their progress.
  • Tracking of customers to identify those who have moved into accredited learning.
  • Identify customers who would benefit from additional support from the service and gather feedback on customer satisfaction with the service.
  • Work towards agreed targets for call rates and contract outcomes.
  • Work proactively with colleagues to maximise the tracking of customer outcomes.
  • Manage customer information using the bespoke customer management system.
  • Collection of evidence and verification of evidence for key outcomes.
  • Support specific marketing campaigns.
  • Additional or alternative duties as reasonably required by the Company.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and ages to impart information and assist them in making appropriate choices.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to use social media and digital channels effectively to communicate with customers and broader audiences.
  • Must have good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work towards and achieve targets in a given time frame.
  • Strong administration and IT skills, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
