We are looking for a forward thinking Associate Dentist or Locum Dentist with a clinically focused mixed NHS and Private dental practice based near Winchester, Hampshire.

The right candidate will have the appropriate registration and will work with colleagues who share a passion to embrace a patient driven outcome. You will receive extensive support from experienced clinicians within a modern purpose built practice.

About the role

• Associate or Locum Dentist
• £12-£13 per UDA (dependent on experience)+ 50% Private
• OR
• Locum Day Rate - £400+ per day
• Full time or part time with various hours available
• Weekends are also available – very flexible hours
• 50% split on any private work completed
• 3,000-6,000 UDAs available
• Mixed Dental Practice which is predominantly NHS
• Heavy NHS contract - 80% 20%
• Can upsell from NHS to private (some Associates have a high Conversion Ratio)
• Offers a full range of general dental services as well as specialist treatments such as orthodontics and facial aesthetics.
• Well managed and established patient list
