Housing Officer needed in Barnstaple, Devon paying £10.92 - 13.75 per hr PAYE Ref: 5168289

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Job Purpose:

You will provide timely high quality frontline housing related advice and assistance in order to maximise our customers’ housing opportunities.

You will take action to prevent homelessness occurring, using the agreed prevention policies.

You will investigate and make decisions in all aspects of homelessness applications.

Working from home

The ideal candidate:

Must be experienced at dealing with high case load & confident in working with a variety of clients with differing needs to prevent homelessness/secure viable solutions wherever possible. A confident, self-motivated individual with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
