Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Telesales)
 
Location: Newcastle 

Salary: £23,400 - £27,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full-time, FTC until April 2022

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with employers via cold calling / telesales to generate appointments for the Recruitment Manager, in order to secure new employment opportunities for clients on programme.
• Promote our client’s services, and generate employment opportunities for the unemployed.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience of working within B2B sales, Recruitment or Telesales.
• Experience of working towards targets.
• Exceptional sales, marketing and networking skills
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification such as Functional Skills). 
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
