Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client's busy sales office in Medway as an Internal Sales Executive.

The company is the market leader in their industry and will give the right candidate an opportunity to earn a very good and achievable commission package and the chance to develop your career.

The role will be working with existing customers and maximising sales opportunities with them. You will be working 100% on the telephone, negotiating and closing clients on deals. 

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Working to sales targets and KPI's
  • Up selling and cross selling new products onto the market
  • Working closely with clients to ensure they remain a customer 
  • Offering a great customer service

We are looking for candidates from a sales background who are hungry to earn good commission and self motivated. Experience of working to sales targets would be an advantage.

As the role is purely telephone based you will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to hold professional conversations with customer and overcome objections. The ability to negotiate and cross sell is also an advantage.
