Job Description:
My well-established M + E client is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician based in the North West area.
My client provides services in buildings maintenance, mechanical and electrical, construction, refurbishment and facilities management.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality of customer service to both our clients and customers
- Work to a schedule of allocated jobs assigned to you by the internal team
- Completing works to a high quality with the designated time frame
- Updating and completing job notes on our CRM system with notes of completed works, materials used, photographic evidence and customer sign offs
- Working with the different departments within the business to complete the works assigned to you which includes Purchasing, accounts and client account co-ordinators
- Ability to work on your own problem solve when coming across an issue as well as working as part of a team as well as working with your supervisor
- Ensuring health and safety procedures and COVID guidelines are followed through out
- Attending pre-start meetings at head office for upcoming larger scale works
Requirements:
- Joinery biased
- Decoration skills
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Basic Plumbing
- Experience with cavity trays and brick work
- Previous experience within the new build aftercare sector as a multi skilled technician is essential
- Possess own hand tools
- Full UK Driving license
- CSCS card
- PASMA (desired)
- Qualifications or timed served in trades
- Must have own hand tools
- Basic IT skills to receive and submit work updates on mobile phone (PDA)
