A rare opportunity has arisen for an Property Auctions Advisor to join a thriving independent Estate Agent based in Coventry. This market leading brand covers everything property related, sales, lettings, new homes and auctions. 

The successful Property Auctions Advisor will have a sales background of at least 12 months, ideally within a property related role. You will be extremely well presented, able to communicate exceptionally well over the phone and face to face, have excellent written and more importantly a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry.

The Property Auctions Advisor will have strong sales experience both in a face to face and over the phone capacity. You will be naturally proactive, a strong relationship builder and someone who can use their own initiative. 

With this role the Property Auctions Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both potential buyers, you will be responsible for: 

• Speaking to potential buyers regarding upcoming auctions
• Educating new buyers on auction process
• Informing your list of buyers of of new units coming on
• Build interest to upcoming auctions, building relationships and maintaining a key list of investors
• Assisting buyers with registering their bids
• Support with sellers
• Assist with auction day set ups
• Take pictures and measure ups of local properties coming to auction
• Carry out viewings if needed

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent property experience is ideal
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
