Head of Enterprise and Operations needed in Walthamstow paying £227 per day PAYE Ref: 418247

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

To deliver high quality culture and heritage services to meet the Public Service priorities, economic recovery, growth and culture-led regeneration

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise commercial opportunities, funding and income generating activity across Culture and Heritage Services, leading to sustainable growth

- Monitor and improve performance of commercial activities

- To lead and manage the Cultural Enterprise and Operations Team and associated budgets

- Contribute to key culture-led regeneration projects

- Strategic development of culture and heritage services

- Manage client, partner and contractor relationships

- To ensure the cultural venues are welcoming, inclusive, compliant and efficient

- Promote and market the culture and heritage offer

- Assist in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring

- To respond to the Climate Emergency

- To deputise for the Assistant Director as required
