About the Company

A leading national charity, are looking for a HR Officer on an initial fixed term contract basis to support with change management and generalist duties.

About the Role

Working alongside the Head of HR, this is a full generalist role with a strong focus on support with a restructuring project coming up. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing joiners/leavers and induction process
  • Act as a first line of advice
  • Advise on policies and procedures
  • Performance management and coaching line managers
  • Recruitment end to end
  • Oversee payroll
  • HR reporting and providing analytics
  • Coordinating salary review process
  • Wellbeing, corporate responsibility & equality and diversity projects
  • Managing projects and working with specialist teams

Job Requirements

You will have previous HR advisory experience and have worked in an autonomous role. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and gain exposure on change management and projects. You will be highly organised, able to work at all levels, have strong systems skills and attention to detail.
