An international professional services firm are seeking a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis, working closely with senior leadership on projects.
About the Role
This is a project focused role offering strategic advice and insight across people and HR processes, partnering with senior stakeholders whilst working with the wider HR team to deliver the strategy. Duties include:
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners and senior HR
- Organisational development
- Employee engagement
- HR transformation
- Change management
- Process improvement across reward, talent and performance
- Review and present metrics
- Champion best practice
You will have previous experience of working in a HR role that has effected change and managed projects end to end at Manager/Business Partner level, within a professional services environment. Preferably CIPD or PRINCE qualified. Strong presentation skills and experience of working with senior stakeholders and mentoring team members is essential. Exposure to HR systems and utilising people data is also necessary.
