Lamonby Recruitment have a new vacancy for a Structural Engineer / Design Engineer to join an established company near Wednesbury. 

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in either Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering and ideally have obtained 12 months design experience working in engineering. 

The Structural Engineer / Design Engineer will feel comfortable undertaking structural calculations and using design software. 

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in either Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Graduate Structural Engineer or Post Graduate Structural Engineer with 12 months design experience working in engineering
• Sound understanding of AutoCAD
• Ability to work under pressure and ability to communicate at all different levels including interacting and working with customers’ demands
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn
• Attention to detail, accuracy and good mathematical awareness

Design Engineer Package

• £24,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience
• 5 Weeks Holiday
