Account Assistant/Office Administrator - Temp to Perm position


Job Description:

 Paterson Recruitment are working with our Brackley based client recruiting and Accounts Assistant Office Administrator.


This is a really great company to work for and have clients within F1 and other blue chip clients.



If you are an experienced Account Assistant/Office Administrator, we would love to hear from you.


You will need to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Ability to support the Account Manager with the day to day operations of key accounts, in particular the creation of PowerPoint presentations, assisting with producing quotes/costing sheets, responding to client emails and telephone calls.
  • Office Administration including answering the telephone, updating spreadsheets and other office tasks as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence in answering the phone and communicating with key clientele.
  • You should be inquisitive, positive and have a hands-on approach with great attention to detail.


Salary £25k Per year

Hours: 08:30 to 5pmMonday to Friday
