Paterson Recruitment are working with our Brackley based client recruiting and Accounts Assistant Office Administrator.

If you are an experienced Account Assistant/Office Administrator, we would love to hear from you.
You will need to demonstrate the following experience:
- Ability to support the Account Manager with the day to day operations of key accounts, in particular the creation of PowerPoint presentations, assisting with producing quotes/costing sheets, responding to client emails and telephone calls.
- Office Administration including answering the telephone, updating spreadsheets and other office tasks as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Confidence in answering the phone and communicating with key clientele.
- You should be inquisitive, positive and have a hands-on approach with great attention to detail.
Salary £25k Per year
Hours: 08:30 to 5pmMonday to Friday
