An opportunity has become available for a CAD Technician to work with a huge, independent practice of chartered surveyors in Warrington, which provides a diverse array of services for the construction and property sectors.
The services that this firm provides extend across all aspects of Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Architectural, and Technical Services.
The successful CAD technician applicant in Warrington will ideally have a proven track record and at least three years’ experience in a similar role.
You must have experience of using a CAD software package on a daily basis (ideally AutoCAD), and must be commercially aware with solid communication and project management skills.
Other responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the production of 3D CAD models using AutoCAD and other proprietary design software
• Attending site and assisting with inspections
• General administrative duties
