Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arise for a Business Development Manager to join this leading UK business within the Accountancy arena with superb career growth opportunities. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Business Development Manager will be expected to develop new business selling their award winning portfolio encompassing a full range of Accountancy and Payroll Support Services.

 

Role

The Business Development Manager will be liaising with an elite client base ranging from SME to large corporate operations selling a range of Accountancy Services. This role will be covering the UK promoting to key decision makers and interacting with recruitment companies, business professionals and temporary contractors. You will need to be prepared to lead a team in a fast paced sales environment building a strong client base to maximise revenue opportunities.

Skills and Experience

Candidates ideally require experience selling Accountancy, Umbrella and Payroll Support. They will have a track record of exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will have a hunger for success, have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focused with the skill set to build lasting relationships with customers in order to retain and maximise business.

 

Package

For the successful candidate the role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum. On top of this you will receive structured uncapped commission alongside a good benefits package.
