Job Description:

The client; a well-known international retailer which sells a verity of luxury and named brands. Our client tailors its strong global commercial model to each retail location and adapts its product offering, commercial offers and campaigns to specific destinations, creating a strong “sense of place”. The role: is initially a 3 month temporary contract with a strong possibility of extending. It is to support and co-ordinate the design, development and ongoing management of the global reward framework, and in particular, management of annual cyclical compensation processes ie. Pay review, annual bonus. To support the implementation of the Global HRIS (HR information system) programme, with specific responsibility for key modules associated with core reward processes

Other duties include;

  • Ongoing support of core reward processes
  • There is a need to upload a lot of HR employee data on to the new HRIS – Success Factors (SAP)
  • Ongoing management and co-ordination of the global MBO process.
  • Support the implementation of the HRIS programme

Qualifications and experience

  • Advanced Excel knowledge essential
  • Advanced knowledge of HR Information Systems-ideally SAP / Success Factors
  • Experience with implementing/ support a global HRIS in a complex global organization
  • Excellent knowledge of HR reporting / Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Previous experience in compensation and benefits role or HR analytical role required
