A truly unique opportunity for a Property Manager/ Senior Property Manager to join a young ambitious property Management company within their lovely boutique office in Kensington/ Chelsea as an Operations Manager. My clients have now got an established client base and are looking for a driven, hungry strategic thinker to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business, allowing the directors to go out there an continue to grow the company.

The successful operations Manager will be driven, enthusiastic and willing to put in the hours to ensure both short lets and 6 month + tenancies run smoothly. You will be dealing with properties which are primarily in the prime central area, so tenacity, exceptional customer service and a good attitude are a must.

The operations Manager will have previous experience of working in Property Management/ Short Lets and have the ability to problem solve, think outside of the box and have an ambition to help build a team around you.

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance/ tickets, compliance, team motivation, strategic thinking and general management responsibilities. This is a truly unique opportunity NOT to be missed!

• Previous Property Management experience is essential, ideally with Short Lets experience
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• You will ideally be ARLA qualified
