We aren’t a 1980’s stye boot camp recruitment firm. Yes, cold calling is part of the role and it’s important to embrace that. But, the game has changed now and it’s not all smile and dial any more! We work with state-of-the-art technology. We spend money on automation and linkedin, to ensure the majority of the calls you make are high quality and consultative.
