Business Analyst needed by this large, enterprise sized professional business. Working as part of a core delivery and change team the Business Analyst will be working on a large scale company wide change programme to deliver process automation and opportunity through a new digital platform.

The right Business Analyst will have a proven track record working on technology enabled business change projects with both business and technical teams, delivering innovative digital solutions whilst obtaining buy in from stakeholders and adoption across the business.

Experience of customer journey mapping and translation into wireframes and user stories, within an agile development environment would be ideal as would experience of working with UX design teams/agencies.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with senior stakeholders within the business, a background of successfully operating at this level is a must. It goes without saying first class communication skills are also a key requirement as is a “hands-on” approach to delivering workstream outputs.
