This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated individual with solid NPD experience to join a company renowned for its creativity and artistic flair. A strong awareness of new technologies, market trends and developments is essential to the role.

You will use your working knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw material suppliers and formulation techniques to check products and specifications to ensure quality standards are met. You will work closely with North America and UK commercial teams to develop and propose new products to customers internationally.

A love of festivals, glitter and bold paint effects will help you in this creative role.

Using your excellent project management skills, you will manage and monitor the product development process from concept to launch, liaising with internal teams and providing status reports.

Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential, along with exceptional written and oral communication skills.

You must have a marketing, digital, design or similar degree.
