Job Description:
Profectus have a brand new excellent Service Delivery Team Lead/ Service Delivery Manager opportunity with a fantastic company in central London managing a team of 6. This role does offer some home working flexibility too. The company is well established and has a great client base and also offers terrific career progression. They are ideally looking for somebody who has Data Service/ Telecoms sector experience and has experience with connectivity products such as Ethernet and ADSL.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Service Delivery team conforms to product SLA’s
- Making sure order validations stages are complete
- Updating clients with order progression and timetables.
- Manage the full end to end process
Required Experience:
- Service Delivery Team Management experience
- Data Service experience
- Problem solving experience
