THE JOB TITLE: Assistant Branch Manager

THE PRODUCT: Automotive Aftermarket Parts

THE SALARY PACKAGE: c£30,000 Basic + Bonus + Van + Benefits

THE LOCATION: Northallerton

 

THE COMPANY: As one of the major suppliers of automotive aftermarket parts in the Northallerton area, this organisation is already highly successful at what they do. To grow even further they are desperate for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who can work as an assistant branch manager and generate growth and further success.

 

THE ROLE OF AN ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER:

 

As an assistant branch manager, you will essentially be working with the branch manager closely on running the entire branch as a business unit. Responsible for all employees and roles beneath you, whether that is in sales, operations or logistics.

In charge of a team including parts advisors, warehouse and delivery drivers you will roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to all parts of the job, whether directing the branch operation, speaking with customers both face to face or over the phone, or helping out in the warehouse. As an assistant branch manager, you are expected to lead from the front, motivating your team on to even greater success.

 

Each day will be different and certainly challenging but ultimately rewarding, giving you a great sense of satisfaction of building and maintaining a successful branch environment

 

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR AN ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER:


Of course, coming from a background of strong management or parts advising experience is a must but this organisation are open to your background, whether that is in car or commercial vehicle or out of the industry completely!

Your personality is key to ensure you have fantastic career within this organisation. You need to have a great sense of humour, while at the same time utilising great customer service and communication skills.
