Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator position for our established and successful client based whose showroom is based just outside of Abingdon-Upon-Thames.
This role would suit someone who has a background in customer service, and office support, or someone who has worked in a retail/hospitality environment and would relish the opportunity to build a career in an administrative role.
The successful candidate will be organised, enthusiastic and hard working with a confident and professional attitude. They would also be a team player with very strong customer service skills as they will be dealing with customers and corporate clients alike. In return for this - they will be rewarded with training and a friendly, close knit and supportive team who will nurture them through a potentially long lasting career.
The main duties include;
- Managing customer calls
- Responding to customer emails
- Demonstrating product options to customers
- Managing the customer experience from end to end
- Diary management
- Liaising with suppliers
- Placing orders using bespoke system
- Booking customer appointments
Essential skills include;
- An open and honest attitude
- A passion to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with customers
- Evidence of administration skills
- Ability to manage a high workload
- High level of spelling and grammar
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Natural business acumen and the ability to work with numbers
Working hours; 5 days per week including every Saturday with 1 day off during the week. 9am-5pm
