HOURS: Monday – Thursday (8:30 – 5:00) Friday (8:30 – 1:30)

THE COMPANY: A globally recognised brand and manufacturer of automotive OEM aftermarket parts is growing its team within the UK. Priding themselves on delivering great customer service to everyone, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

As a customer service advisor you will be extremely customer service focused. This isn’t a telesales role and is more about helping customers with their range of enquiries giving you a platform to ideally up and cross sell.

Dealing with both distributors and end users alike you will face a large range of enquiries which will always keep you on your toes and allow you to give out sound advice regarding products. Alongside this you will also be dealing with general office admin such as updating customer records, processing orders that are generated and chasing backorders.

Another part of the role you will be actively involved in will be the analysis and generation of reports, using the systems including Excel and SAP.

This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual that wants to carve out their own path within a manufacturer environment.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

• Automotive knowledge / interest advantageous
• Good IT Skills including Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Comfortable over the phone talking with customers
• SAP knowledge useful but not essential
