Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for a new opportunity within a truly great employer?

We're a stable, well established business with strong growth plans. We had a good 2020, have had an even better start to 2021 and we now need an Engineering Manager to support with our ramp up in production!

We've invested heavily in our site, we have a good team of 10+ Engineers who are either Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled. We have lots of long standing members of staff, it's a great place to work!

You'll ideally be from a fast paced Manufacturing Environment, having lead and managed teams before. 

Reporting into the General Manager, the Engineering Manager will lead and deliver the engineering strategy to deliver and continuously improve processes, procedures and efficiencies. The successful candidate will be supporting with H&S, managing and developing the team.
