Technical Administration Officer needed Bournemouth paying £10.01 per hr PAYE Ref: 5163673
This is working full time hours on a temporary basis
Duties include validating and publicising planning applications received; creating new records in the computerised database, recording and filing of letters received as a result of publicity, preparation and despatch of decision notices; co-ordinating information for planning appeals.
The ideal candidate:
o Ability to read, understand and calculate from scale drawings
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o IT skills to include Word & Excel
o Flexibility and an ability to meet performance targets
o Excellent communication and organisational skills
o Relevant experience of office work to include dealing with applicants and professionals on a regular basis
