Our client is currently recruiting a Recycling Centre Advisor to work at their site in Gloucestershire.

The position will start on 6th May and will initially be for 3 months.

The role of the Recycling Centre Advisor involves meeting and greeting members of the public in a polite and friendly manner, who are looking to recycle their household waste at the recycling centre.

Once greeted, it would be your duty to help the member of public reach the correct receptacles for their household items they wish to recycle/dispose.

Recycling advisor position will require the individual to be on their feet all day, be physically fit and will require an element of strength for lifting. There will be further duties on the sites, such as use of compactors and cleaning. All site health and safety rules must be adhered to at all times, which relate to the correct handling of waste items, manual handling and wearing of all personal protective equipment (PPE) supplied to you at all times, while following all site traffic safety rules.
