Business Support Officer needed Huddersfield paying £10.41 per hr PAYE Ref: 437ED

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

The role will require you to liaise with operatives, Team Leaders, customers and other key contacts both internal and external to the organisation dealing with a high volume of tasks switching between subject areas which will include responding to tenants needs, raising jobs, appointing of repairs, follow on appointments and other arrangements to suit the customer/client

The Post holder will handle customer enquires face to face, over the telephone or email, giving information and resolving queries/stage 1 complaints i.e. first point of contact resolution.

The post holder will need to have excellent numeracy skills as the role involves manually checking timesheets and cost information and invoices

Accurate data input, retrieval and manipulation of data in order to maintain electronic and paper records to support the requirements of the organisation and management information which will include scanning certificates and attaching to appropriate repair records.

Access a variety of IT systems including MS Office suite the post holder will be responsible for word processing tasks – including taking minutes as required

Proactively identify where outbound calls are required to resolve outstanding issues or updates for customers and members of the workforce for a variety of reasons including arranging and rearranging visits to properties
