This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Purpose:

To support the organisation to develop and achieve its strategic and service workforce plans, by the identification of learning needs, creating, commissioning as appropriate and evaluating learning and development activities and plans.

Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a Workforce Advisor for the co-design, delivery and performance of their temporary worker providers. The successful candidate will use the data to provide insight to understand the location and capability for working on the supply chain. You will advise the hiring managers to meet their temporary resourcing needs and support resolution of any escalations and work closely with the permanent recruitment team to maximise the benefits of their agency workforce. 

The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience.
