An exciting and established global media company based in the City of London, is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Office Manager/PA to support multiple individuals. The team is made up of senior level individuals as well as the wider team, and as the go to person for them, it is important that you have the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

This is varied position where you can really build on your administrative support. Your duties will include diary and travel management, database management, ordering supplies, managing rotas, scheduling meetings, taking any queries the team have, processing invoices and expenses, approving payments and providing general administrative support. As a valued member of the support team, you may also be required to cover for other senior level PAs during holiday and sickness. As a real gatekeeper for them, you will be a first point of contact for other departments within the organisation so you will have the chance to liaise with lots of different individuals.

Based in stunning offices, there is a low staff turnover within the business.

 

Skills/Experienced Desired;

  • Recent and demonstrable experience supporting multiple individuals. This could be as a Team Assistant or Office Manager/PA.
  • Industry experience within media is preferred but not essential.
  • Interest in this particular sector is preferred
  • Attention to detail.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Positive work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
