Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Employability 

Location: East Midlands - must be flexible with travel to surrounding areas and occasionally London

Salary: £30,000 - £39,000 + benefits 

The Role

• Develop, observe, motivate and support a team of Employment Consultants, who support the long term unemployed back into work, to achieve targets, sustained high performance, and quality of delivery.
• Carry out daily catch ups, regular reviews and meetings to manage performance and ensure staff are achieving KPI's and Targets in line with company growth plans.
• Build, manage and maximise business opportunities with internal and external stakeholders, to secure job vacancies, generate referrals and ensure our clients brand is maximised at all times.
• Implement strategies to assist in upskilling the local community and overcoming barriers to employment.
• Develop own understanding of the local labour market (identification of sectors and opportunities for individuals referred) and specialist signposting services (e.g. disabilities, housing, benefits etc.)
• Ensure a range of solutions is available to meet individuals needs along their journey back into employment.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience within managing a team within a targeted environment.
• Hold a good understanding of the local labour market.
• Must hold own GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Strong administrative and IT skills.
• Driving licence and own vehicle with ability to be flexible with travel
