Experienced Chef de Partie required for this 2 Rosette awarded Gastro Pub, working in a highly trained brigade, you will work in all areas of the kitchen, ensuring the smooth running of the section. This establishment currently has 2 Rosettes but is always looking to push further! Excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to progress as the company offers realistic and quick progression opportunities! 

JOB DESCRIPTION 
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a vibrant kitchen team, working in various kitchen area's and sections. Producing a vast array of different foods and cuisines. Many opportunities to learn and develop skills, gaining invaluable experience from a large kitchen brigade. Excellent work environment with emphasis placed on training, development, team work and job satisfaction. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 
Experience in Rosette kitchens is preferred. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
