An opportunity has arisen for a strong Property Manager to join an independent lettings agency in Swindon overseeing a residential lettings portfolio of up to 250 units. This established Lettings Agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager who can manage the full tenancy cycle, working alongside their lettings negotiators and property inspectors.

Primarily an office-based role, this role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance and safety requirements, overseeing contracts, deposit handling, issuing section notices, and general lettings administration.

The successful Property Manager will need to be hardworking and reliable, well presented, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations and a busy and varied case load.

With previous experience of working within a Property Management role, you will also be comfortable using Microsoft office packages, Client Relationship Management Systems, Appointment Management systems and you will ideally have some experience of dedicated property management software.
