Job Title: Financial Services Assessor

Location: Remote / Online

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of delivering training to apprentice learners
• Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or equivalent/above
• Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
• Must hold own Level 3 Financial Services qualification (or equivalent) e.g. CeMAP; Dip/Cert CII; Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Hold solid occupational experience within Financial Services.
• Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills to learners.
• Excellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeships in Financial Services up to Level 4 (Mortgage and Insurance), including Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT at Level 2.
• Coaching and mentoring learners to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted - online via video meetings and telephone.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
