28k is the max, no flexibility. The OTE is completely uncapped, and the top billers regularly take home 45-55k. We are looking for a candidate who will be motivated by the uncapped OTE.
7 sales people at the moment, quite tightly knit and quite sociable. We do not operate in a corporate environment, so the vibe is more business causal. Working hours are 9-5.30 Mon-Fri
1 or 2 stages depending on the candidate. Competency-based interviews with the MD and the Sales Director.
