Technical Support/Trainer (UK travel)
Exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual to join a market leading special purpose machine organisation to train and support the UK Service team on all technical products and Deliver technical training courses to customers when requested.

Technical Support/Trainer Responsibilities:
• The support will range from telephone support to detailed on-site investigation and repair and it is necessary to be ready to deliver this support at any appropriate location and at short notice.
• To develop and deliver technical training on specific products, ensuring that the quality, content and method is common across all courses provided by the organisation.
• Deliver technical training courses to customers when requested.
• Enhance the level of customer service provided by the whole Customer Service team through the use of effective advice, training and support, primarily relating to technical issues.
• In all cases to act as a company ambassador

Technical Support/Trainer Qualifications/Experience:
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good communicator at all levels
• Multitask, with minimal supervision, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• High level of IT Skills in Microsoft and other applications
• Proven track record of technical competence to understand the products
• Has delivered classroom style training
• Experienced in customer facing role, either as a mobile technician or other
• Must be able to prove to understand CAN Bus wiring diagrams and systems with the ability to diagnose faults
• Relevant accredited vehicle technology technical qualifications, Btec, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent
• Attended customer care courses
• Specific qualifications in hydraulics (Desirable)
• Specific qualifications in electrics (Desirable)
• HGV Category C driving licence (Desirable)
• HGV Driver CPC qualification (Desirable)
