Teqniq are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive individual to join the team as a Recruitment Resourcer.

As a Resourcer, you will be a very proactive and motivated person. You will need a “get up and go” work ethic and be organised. You will be someone who can work towards tight deadlines and have the ability to manage and prioritise busy workloads. The role will require you to build excellent candidate relationships, while offering an exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.

Your role and duties

• Build a good strong knowledge of the managed vendor system and develop strong networks within various fields.
• Meeting KPIs
• Making sure all candidates meet the required compliance needs.
• Outbound and inbound calls
• Sourcing candidates on job boards
• Generate leads via references.
• Creating job adverts and managing candidate responses

Desired skills and experience

• 12 months + in a recruitment role either as a consultant or as a resourcer
• Excellent communication skills via the phone and email
• Previous experience using a CRM and managed vendor portals.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience screening CV’s and phone screening candidates to identify suitable applicants.
• Experience and a good understanding in compliance documents
