Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist to work Full Time in Blackburn with a client that provides support and housing to vulnerable client groups.
Applicants must be able to start as soon as possible, have an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months and be able to show previous experience providing administrative support.
Hours: 37.5 hours Mon-Fri
AIMS OF POST
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person.
- Meeting and greeting clients as they arrive.
- Arranging meetings and sorting through post.
- Keeping reception area clean and organised.
- Provide excellent Customer Service.
- Copying and Filing
