A dynamic SEN School in Brent are looking for a Learning Support Assistant/SEN Teaching Assistant to join their diverse team. You will be working closely with the class teacher to create a safe and fun environment for your pupils to develop and thrive. Responsible for providing in-class support to maintain engagement and encourage positive behaviour. Supporting pupils with Complex Needs including, Autism, ADHD and Emotional Behaviour.

 We are looking for an empathetic Learning Support Assistant/ SEN Teaching Assistant who:

• Has experience supporting Complex Learning and Behaviour Needs
• Enjoys collaborating with the wider school team to provide the best support to pupils under their care
• Holds a valid DBS/Police Check
