Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. To provide business analysis services to support the successful design and delivery of the Future Highways Model (FHM). The role will be required to work closely with functions to gain an in-depth understanding of the operational model required to meet the strategic objectives of the authority and highways service. The senior business analyst will be responsible for designing and documenting the operational blueprint; including the processes, capabilities and resources required to deliver the change.

The senior business analyst will be expected to identify any opportunities to improve the service Value for Money (Economy, Efficiency and Effectiveness).
