Paterson Recruitment are working with our Witney based client to provide a Customer Service Administration Support Person.
This is a Temp to Perm position. The team is a fun friendly one and I have placed here before, so I know once you are working there you will love it.
You must be able to deal with people over the telephone from time to time regarding their purchase enquiries and it is paramount you have strong administrative skills.
• experience in the entry of orders and purchase orders
• experience in working with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP or Navision would be great)
• experience in operational working
• experience with customer complaints
• experience with email and phone contact to customers
The position is working a 37hour week Monday to Friday. 8:30am to 4pm ( the start and finish times may vary and can be 9am to 5pm).
There is free onsite parking.
