Full time hours on a temporary basis.
As a result of staff being seconded to work on a new and exciting HR technology project this has resulted in a fantastic opportunity to come and work with an amazing team of HR professionals.
The role is within the HR Business Advisory, Employee Wellbeing & Reward team and is being offered on a fixed term basis until 31 December 2021.
As a HR Advisor you will provide a variety of advice and support to both internal and external customers on a range of relevant council policies.
This is a career grade post, for which we are looking for someone with the requirements at Level 3, meaning you will ideally already be suitably qualified with a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HR Management. You will have experience of working in HR, knowledge of developing and implementing policies and procedures and of providing support on employee relations issues. Up to date knowledge of employment law is a must to enable the provision of first line advice and guidance to our workforce. You will have high professional standards and be able to manage challenging workloads coupled with excellent communication skills.
